It is important to explain at ValueBiz, we treat the smaller companies with £1 million to £5 million turnover, in the same way as our larger clients in terms of procedure. The difference being, we deal with these companies in house, and do not need to involve chartered accountants or corporate finance experts, who of course all come at a price!

We use the same methodology and procedure to value your business, and adopt the same resourced based approach to obtaining acquirers. We do not advertise your business on the open market, as that rarely statistically produces success with reportedly 4 out of 5 businesses never selling at all!
