ValueBiz has a clear mission; it wants to offer “small medium enterprise” business owners seeking to exit, an alternative to the mainstream outdated methods provided by most brokers in the sector.

We operate totally differently, we believe in “resourced based research” producing data that’s current, sector related and categorised. This approach is tried and tested in mergers and acquisition transactions for larger businesses but rarely adopted for small and medium enterprises.

Our Vision; we know 4 out of 5 or 80% of businesses are being failed by the “list and hope” approach where brokers simply provide a basic evaluation, take as much of a deposit as they can for marketing and then list the business on leading portals hoping for a buyer to see the advert!

We strive to convert failures into successes. This can only be done by hard work and resourced based research. We are already using our model in our collaboration with Aspen Waite for larger turnover entities with proven success.

This is why we know our approach works especially within the construction and building trade service sectors who have little real chance of selling via lazy advertising models adopted by most broker firms.
