On a personal note, Steve is married to Theresa, they are blessed with five daughters together. Loves nothing better than spending quality time with family. He is a season ticket holder for his local football team and is keen on DIY and still gets involved in small development opportunities although mostly family related these days.
Amber is a highly experienced office and administration manager. She has worked for her father our MD in the UK and in Spain on various projects for many years.
Amber ensures our clients at ValueBiz receive the same level of award winning customer service afforded to customers associated with the family real estate business historically.
She deals with customer liaison and manages all operations for ValueBiz.
Ambers partner is Steve Patterson our head of resources and consulting. They have one daughter and enjoy spending quality time as a family whenever possible.
Steve has extensive senior management and leadership experience having worked in various sectors including leisure, entertainment and events.
Steve’s communicative skills and natural persona make him the ideal person to head up, lead and direct ValueBiz resource team, advisory consultants and data analysts.
On weekends Steve still plays the odd rugby match for his boyhood team although the injuries are taking their toll on him nowadays! Retirement is looming.
Steve’s partner is Amber Boyden daughter of our MD. They have a young daughter and enjoy as much family time as possible.
Theresa is responsible for collating data from the research resource team producing buyer and seller profiles.
Theresa is the wife of our MD Steve Long and is enjoying her return to the working environment having spent many years running home and family operations!
She still enjoys her nanny role, looking after the grandchildren on a regular basis.
Danielle excels in graphic design and produces marketing, reports and information memorandums amongst other imagery for ValueBiz and also for Aspen Waite in partnership.
Danielle is the daughter of Steve and Theresa Long and has an identical twin sister Shauni who works in tandem with her.

Danielle is a big tennis fan and rarely misses any live tournament shown on TV.
Shauni undertakes all marketing, reports and information memorandum documents in-house working side by side with her identical twin Danielle.

Shauni is a huge fan of Tennis and watches pretty much every live televised event.
